Canarian Recipes with MUR HOTELS

Dear Blog-readers,

To remind you on a very tasty and the most typical canarian souce, we will repeat to you today, the well-know Canary Mojo-Sauce:

Ingredients
  • 2 piquant peppers (or sweets if you want to)
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 tea spoon of cumin
  • 1 tea spoon of red paprika powder
  • 4 big spoons of vinegar
  • 16 big spoons of oil, best is olive oil
  • salt

Preparation:
  1. Introduce the garlic, cumin, peppers and salt into a bowl and mix it until you get a soft pasta.
  2. Introduce the paprika and little by little the oil and vinegar, until to get a thick mass.
  3. It is possible to make it lighter, if you add some water

The Mojo Sauce is an ideal sauce to combine with many plates, especially with the wrinkled potatoes (papas arrugadas), but goes also very delicious with meat and fish.
