lets talk about something sweet, like the famous Canarian postry, called MOUSE DE GOFIO.
Its very easy to make and especially delicious!!
INGREDIENTS:
PREPERATION:
1. The cream is beaten together with the condensed milk.
2. Meanwhile the egg whites are beaten on the verge of snow and it is joining the mixture little by little
3. You add finally the gofio (also almounds if you'd like to)
4. If you like it a bit more sweetier, add also some honey on top when you serve it top.
