On the 8th of September 2010 the biggest and most important religious party of the island takes place again on Gran Canary: "La Fiesta de la Virgen del Pino", a festive day to honour the protective patroness of the island.
In Teror, one of the most original villages of the island, this party is celebrated every year. Thousands of pilgerer appear in the small village of Teror, to dance and sing. The complete programm can be found on the following website: www.teror.es.
