The Faro Jandia Hotel****+ has been rewarded by the award "Playa de Oro” (=golden beach), for his action within Island’s economy, by setting up quality and innovation.
The act, which took place on Friday 1st of October 2010 in the House of the Colonels,
was hosted and presented by Paulino Rivero, prime minister of the Canary Islands; José Manuel Soria, vice-president and adviser of Economy and Treasury Department; Mario Cabrera, President of Fuerteventura; Águeda Montelongo, Councillor of Tourism of the Island and Rosa Fernández, Mayor of La Oliva.
