Canarian Recipes

As every wednesday, we present you today another very deliscious Canarian Recipe called "Pimientos de Padrón" (salted peppers)

Ingredients:
  • 1 kilo of small green peppers
  • Olive oil
  • Sea salt
Preparation:
  1. Wash the peppers carrefully and dry them.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan and add the peppers.
  3. Plate up on you chosen serving dish.
  4. Sprinkle them with sea salt.
They have the best taste, if you eat them still hot/warm.
