Ingredients:
- 2 artichokes canisters
- 1 head of garlic
- 1 glass of white wine
- 1/2 glass of vinegar
- 1 oregano teaspoon
- 1 laurel sheet
- 1 teaspoon of sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon of thyme
- 8 grains of black pepper
- some oil to fry
- Prepare a marinade: crushing the garlic without skin, the pepper, the oregano, the paprika, the thyme and mix it with the vinegar, the wine, the laurel and the salt
- Cut the artichokes by half and leave it at least of 2-3 hours in the marinade
- Drain the artichokes of the marinade and fry them side by side
- Once fried, add the liquid of the marinade and boil it all togehter 5 minutes on slow fire.
Very tasty to accompany them with Papas Arugadas (Canarian Potatoes, the recipe can be found in this blog as well)
